First, the bottom shelf is out of place, so most foods will probably fall out at some point.  I found that if my freezer was positioned so that the bottom shelf was open and the oven was frozen, my food came out right at the end of the cooking time.  Even the HUCA32QX series has holes in it so that foods don’t fall out. My only complaint is that the two large holes on the top shelf are a bit far apart, making it a bit hard to reach.

Although I do not personally use a counter depth refrigerator, I think I will agree to disagree with those who say that a counter depth refrigerator is not worth it.  On a hot summer’s day, no matter how deep you try, your fridge will never reach full temperature.  As a result, the edges will become super hot and crack under the weight of the food.  The starchy food from your weight will not have the same shelf life as a crispy or delicious fried item or fresh-squeezed lemonade.  

In the climate, I’m not really a fan of depth, but this works well in the cold climates, where I have to keep it very cold.  A heavy bottom layer makes it sit out in the sun to cool, but this does give a nice airflow that keeps things nice and close to the meat while it cooks, thus reducing the chances of roasting it. You’ll note that I didn’t touch the bottom of the tank and it’ll stay somewhat exposed, but it does have enough to work with, in terms.
